At DURNFORD, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every item is carefully checked before it leaves our hands. Because of this, we operate a strict no returns policy.

Exchanges for Faulty Items Only

We only accept exchanges in the rare case that a product is faulty or damaged. If you believe you have received a faulty item:

  1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [insert email/contact form].

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item (subject to availability).

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges are only granted for faulty or damaged goods, not for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear and tear.

  • All faulty items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • If the same item is unavailable, we will work with you to provide a suitable replacement.
