At DURNFORD, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every item is carefully checked before it leaves our hands. Due to this, and our health and safety standards on cosmetics and consumables, we operate a strict no returns policy.
Exchanges for Faulty Items Only
We only accept exchanges in the rare case that a product is faulty or damaged. If you believe you have received a faulty item:
1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@durnfordproducts.com
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item (subject to availability).
Important Notes
• We do not offer refunds.
• Exchanges are only granted for faulty or damaged goods, not for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear and tear.
• All faulty items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase, and proof of fault.
• If the same item is unavailable, we will work with you to provide a suitable replacement.
