Cucumbers from the Great Durnford Estate kitchen garden, are hand-picked at their peak in July, then perfectly pickled in brine with mustard and coriander seeds. They are combined with the herbaceous notes of dill, to create a sensationally sharp and tongue-tinglingly tangy accompaniment to your burger.
